Take one breath with us

Follow the sheep. In through the mouth to the belly, then up into the chest, then let it all go.

In to the bellyIn to the chestAnd let it outIn to the belly · In to the chest · And let it out

That's the whole technique. The rest is letting it happen.

What is 9D Breathwork?

A guided breathing journey you experience through headphones. Your breath leads, while layered sound, music, and spoken guidance move with you, shifting from ear to ear, to help settle your nervous system.

  • Stress & burnout
  • Grief that's stuck
  • Anxiety that won't let up
  • Trouble sleeping
  • Something's off

With headsets on, you only hear your own journey. No one else's breathing, sounds, or reactions. It's private, even in a full room. No experience needed.

What a session can feel like

Settle. Release. Return.

Every journey is different. Most follow a shape like this.

Black sheep, eyes closed, calmone

Settle

You lie down, get comfortable, and follow the breath.

Black sheep with its mouth wide open in a full releasetwo

Release

Sometimes what's been held comes up: tears, sound, shaking, laughter. All of it is welcome.

Black sheep, peaceful, with tears of reliefthree

Return

You come back to stillness, lighter, and we take time to land together.

Questions

  • Bring water
  • Bring a mat
  • Bring an eye cover
Do I need experience?

No. Every session starts with a walkthrough, and we guide you the whole way.

What should I bring?

A yoga mat, something to cover your eyes, a water bottle, and comfortable layers. Each session page has a full list.

What if I cry, shout, or shake?

That's the body doing its work. You're never alone with it, and nothing you do in the room is wrong.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

Breathwork can be an activating experience. If you're pregnant, or have a heart condition, epilepsy, a history of psychosis or bipolar disorder, or severe anxiety or PTSD, please talk to your doctor and let us know before booking.

I'm in recovery. Is this for me?

Yes. This is where we started. If you spend a lot of time stuck in your head, breathwork gives you a way out that talking doesn't. It works through the body, not around it.

For teams and groups

Corporate & private sessions

Bring breathwork to your workplace, team day, or private group. We bring the headsets and set up the room. You bring the people.
